1, Those who are attending the Department of Respiratory Medicine at the University of the Ryukyus Hospital as an outpatient as of April 2023
2, Those who have been diagnosed with a chronic respiratory disease
3, Those who live in the expected tsunami inundation area along the coast of Okinawa Prefecture
4, Those who live at home
5, Those who have given consent to participate in this study
6, Those who are 20 years old or older
1, Those who have been hospitalized or had a change in condition such as worsening of symptoms within the past 4 weeks
2, Patients with other serious comorbidities such as cancer or severe heart failure
3, Patients with severe motor dysfunction that affects walking
4, Patients with a contraindication to exercise therapy by a physician
5, Patients with absolute and relative contraindications to exercise therapy as defined in the 6MWT Guidelines
6, Patients who use home oxygen therapy
7, Pregnant or possibly pregnant
8, Those who could not give consent to participate in this study
9, Those who are under 20 years of age
