Inclusion Criteria

Patients clinically diagnosed with Psoriasis

Patients fit for virechana karma

Exclusion Criteria

Patients unfit for Virechana karma.

Pregnant women.

Acute infectious conditions of Psoriasis such as Pustular Psoriasis.

Any other systemic illness interfering with the treatment.

To understand the changes in the serum electrolyte levels pre and post virechana. Serum levels of Sodium, Potassium and Chloride will be assessed before and after virechana on the same day.Timepoint: 1 Day
