入选标准
- •Mature permanent teeth with a clinical and radiological diagnosis of symptomatic or asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis or pulp necrosis, with no history of previous endodontic therapy.
排除标准
- •Patients who will not meet inclusion criteria and with existing co-morbidities and immunocompromised condition.
- •Teeth with poor prognosis, bone resorption, perforation or previous endodontic intervention.
- •Teeth with acute abscess and purulent discharge from canal.
