1.Fistulae which are anatomically higher in extension (such as high intersphincteric, high transsphincteric or suprasphincteric fistulae)
2.Involve significant portions of the sphincter musculature ( >50%)
3.Fistulae with multiple tracks or distant cutaneous extensions
4.Anterior fistula in ano in females
5.Recurrent fistulae
1.Simple fistula in ano.
2.Non cryptoglandular fistula in ano
3.Extrasphincteric fistulae
4.Patients suffering with following ailments shall not be taken for the study:
a.Uncontrolled Hypertension
b.Coronary Artery Disease
c.Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
d.Severe Anaemia and hypoproteinemia
e.Carcinoma
f.HIV
g.HBsAg , Anti HCV
