- •Patients presented with an acute CPPD attack, and crystal\-proven CPP crystal by arthrocentesis
排除标准
- •1\. Secondary cause of CPPD
- •\- hemochromatosis
- •\- hyperparathyroidism
- •\- hypophosphatasia
- •\- hypomagnesemia
- •2\. Septic arthritis or Uncontrolled systemic infection
- •3\. DKA or HHS
- •4\. BP \>180/110 mmHg
- •5\. Active GI hemorrhage
- •6\. Prior use of colchicine or NSAIDs in past 1 week
