Inclusion Criteria
Nulliparous
age >/=18 years old
GA >/= 37 week
vaginal delivery planning
active phase of first stage of labor
(4 cm 80% + regular contraction)
no drug allergy of entonox and pethidine
requesting pain control
Exclusion Criteria
disable
pulmonary disease
SpO2 < 95 %
B12 or methionone deficiency
history of pneumothorax
pneumocephalus
air embolus
increase intracranial pressure
