入选标准
- •1.Consecutive patients admitted with the diagnosis of severe Acute Exacerbation of COPD.
- •2.Able to give informed consent.
- •3.Age between 40- 70 years
- •4. Severe AE-COPD will be defined as an event in the natural course of the disease characterised by a change in the patientâ??s baseline dyspnoea, cough, and/or sputum production that is beyond the normal day-to-day variations, acute in onset, and with sufficient severity warranting admission in the hospital.(GOLD guidelines 2018)
排除标准
- •1.Admission because of reasons other than disease severity (distance, humanitarian concerns, etc.)
- •2.Not ready to give informed consent,
- •3.Pregnancy
- •4.Unfit to undergo CTPA because of impaired renal function or iodine allergy
- •5.Ongoing anticoagulant treatment for previous VTE or any other indication
- •6.Known hypercoagulable states like Protein C, S or AT deficiency or Factor V Leiden mutation.
- •Associated malignancy, left sided heart failure, or a debilitating neurological disease
