1 Diagnosis of spastic diplegic cerebral palsy.
2 Children with age group between 5 to 12 (male and female) .
3 Whose parents willing to give informed consent.
4 Able to maintain sitting balance for atleast 10 seconds.
5 Able to understand command .
6 Modified Ashworth scale grading 1-3.
7 Able to ambulate (Level I to II Gross motor function classification system).
8 MMSE score more than 24. (Modified Mini-Mental scale for cognition function in
children).
1 Diagnosed case of any other neurological deficit (any other type of cerebral palsy,
epilepsy ,ataxia, spina bifida).
2 Any orthopedic intervention and botulinum toxin injections since last year.
3 Diagnosed musculoskeletal condition, cardiopulmonary disease or any infectious
disease.
4 Diagnosis of any visual and vestibular impairment.
