- 18-100 years
- fatigue
- ECOG 0-2
- standard-oncological treatment took place at least 12 months before inclusion in this study
- Patients in whom it can be assumed that, for linguistic, intellectual or other reasons, they are not in a position to recognise the importance of the clinical trial and to demonstrate the necessary compliance
- Pregnancy or nursing period
-patients with alcohol, medicine and/or drug addiction
- Simultaneous participation in clinical studies; the last participation in a clinical study must have been at least 3 months ago
- Presence of a mental illness requiring acute psychiatric treatment
