Inclusion Criteria

1.Individuals who are willing to participate.

2.Completely dentate individuals

3.Having normal salivary flow

Exclusion Criteria

1. Subjects undergoing topical fluoride therapy, chemotherapeutic procedures, antibiotics and drugs having effect upon salivary function/salivary pH/plaque formation or plaque pH.

2. Individuals who refrain from Fennel seeds and/or cardamom seeds and/or carom seeds due to allergic or personal reasons.

3. Subjects suffering from any systemic diseases/ taking any medication that affects salivary secretion.

4. Individuals who are not willing to participate.
