- The study is transdiagnostic and thus includes a wide variety of Axis I and Axis II disorders according to ICD-10. Excluded are developmental disorders, intelligence disorders and neurodegenerative disorders.

Inclusion Criteria
Understanding of the study information
Voluntary signing of the informed consent form
Age between 18 and 60 years
For patients:
- Axis I or II disorder
- inpatient treatment in the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics or outpatient treatment in the Polyclinic, Institute Outpatient Clinic and the Center for Mental Health for Students
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy
chronic or acute physical illness
acute suicidality
inability to comply with the study protocol
limited or completely suspended legal capacity
court order for accommodation
