Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients after cessation of skeletal growth.
2.Patients operated for TMJ ankylosis with mild to moderate chin deformities.
3.Mandibular asymmetry secondary to craniofacial anomalies.
Exclusion Criteria
1.patients who are medically compromised.
2.patients with systemic bone disease.
