- •-Participation simultanée à une autre recherche
- •-Sujet mineur ou majeur protégé par la loi
- •-Sexe féminin
- •-Maladie rénale chronique (stade 1 à 5)
- •-Traitement fréquent par AINS (plus d’1 fois par semaine).
- •-Exposition aux radiations ionisantes (examens radiologiques médicaux ou exposition professionnelle avec exposition supérieure à 1 mSv) dans les 6 mois précédents l’inclusion.
- •-Myélome connu
- •-Contre indications à l’IRM (pacemaker ou pompe à insuline, prothèse métallique, clip intracérébral, appareil dentaire ou barre de maintien derrière les dents, ainsi que les sujets claustrophobes).
- •-Obésité : IMC sup à 30 kg/ m2
- •-Hypersensibilité à la substance active ou aux excipients du sevelamer
- •-Hypophosphorémie
- •-Occlusion intestinale
