no systemic disease? moderate to advance chronic periodontitis? a pair of non adjacent intrabony defects in radiograghy in alveular bone? good oral hygine? frequent dental visit
Exclusion criteria:systemic disease? localized or generalized aggressive periodontitis? suprabony defects? poor oral hygine? infrequent dental visit
