Inclusion Criteria
1)All patients undergoing surgery for hernia hydrocele,pyocele, haematocele, undescended testes.
2) Patients of ASA-I and ASA-II according to American society of anaesthesiology will be selected.
Exclusion Criteria
1) patients requiring emergency surgery like obstructed hernia.
2) Complicated, recurrent hernia.
3) mentally retarded patients.
4) patients of category ASA-III and above as per American society of anaesthesiology.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Reduction in VAS ScoreTimepoint: Reduction in VAS Score on first day 3, 6, 12 and 24 hours after surgery. From second Postoperative day VAS will be assessed 12 hourly ( i.e. in morning and in evening) upto 7 days
