入选标准
- •Adult heatlhy male and female, 18 to 45 years with no history of chronic illness and non-smokers and not on any medications metabolised by CYP4502D6 and normal on physical examination who are willing to give informed consent to participate in the study
排除标准
- •history of git, renal, liver, cardiovascular, respiratory and endocrine diseases.
- •unwilling to comply protocol requirements.
- •Dextromethorphan use in last 7 days.
