Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria : Burn above 40% of body surface; Admission in maximum of an hour.
Exclusion criteria : Known comorbidities such as renal and heart faliure and respiratory disorders; Any other type of trauma; Disagree of patient or first degree relatives for participating in study.
