- •1) 65 ~ 85 year old
- •2) patients undergoing elective surgery which is expected ending within 2 hours
- •3) American Society of Anesthesiologist Patient Status I~III
排除标准
- •1) emergency operation
- •2) uncontrolled hypertension(systlic blood pressure before anesthesia induction = 180mmHg)
- •3) obesity (Body mass index >35kg/m2)
- •4) pharyngeal pathology
- •5) risk of gastroespophageal reflux
- •6) end stage renal disease
- •7) respiratory disease
- •8) wobbling teeth
- •9) psychiatric disease or cognitive disorder
