Inclusion Criteria
Patients having ASA physical status I and II ,aged between 18 and 60 years with normal airway belonging to both the genders undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who are not consenting for the study
2.Predicted airway difficulty
3.Pregnancy
4.Renal failure
5.Uncontrolled hypertension
6.Seizure disorders
7.Patient on anti-depressants/anti-psychotics
8.Patients with a poor cardiopulmonary reserve and
9.Body mass index (BMI) >30 kg/m2
10.Other coexisting Medical disease
