Inclusion Criteria
1. Aged >= 16 years;
2. In compliance with the 2013 International Behets disease diagnostic criteria;
3. The patient or his family members signed the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Exclude other autoimmune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, Crohns disease, ulcerative colitis), exclude infection-related diseases (syphilis, active Tuberculosis), exclude the tumor.
