- •1)Patients who undergo off pump CABG with cleveland score more than or equal to 3.
- •2)Patients who were already using nicorandil and stopped for more than 7 days.
- •3)Patients were undergoing isolated off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.
- •4)Signed informed consent
排除标准
- •1)Patients who were converted from off pump to on pump CABG
- •2)Patients who were already using nicorandil till the day of surgery
- •3)Patients who undergo off pump CABG with cleveland score less than 3
