Inclusion Criteria
A. All Child contacts of the confirmed TB patients including those newly diagnosed or on treatment anytime during last 12 months:-
1. Asymptomatic children
2. Those who have been treated for TB / Extra pulmonary TB (EPTB) with first line anti-TB drugs.
3. Those with previous history of preventive therapy for TB.
B. Residing within the 2 cities areas.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Child currently on second line anti-TB treatment.
2. Parent /guardian of the child not willing to give written informed consent.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method TB Infection and disease, Drug sensitive and MDR-TB, among paediatric household contacts less than 15years of age belonging to different age groups will be measured and quantified (based on various parameters). This in turn will help to develop strategies and policies for implementation under national TB programmes to decrease the transmission of infection from adult index case to child contacts.Timepoint: 18 months
