Name Time Method Psychological Well-being. Timepoint: Measurement will be done in pre-test, post-test and follow-up three months after post-test. Method of measurement: Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale.;Self-efficacy. Timepoint: Measurement will be done in pre-test, post-test and follow-up three months after post-test. Method of measurement: Schwartz & Jeroselm Self-efficacy Questionnaire (1995).
