•a)Patient of either sex of age 18-60 years.
•b)Patient diagnosed with neurological & joint disorder or skin & liver diseases.
•c)Requires treatment with Siddh makardhwaja and Arogyavardhini vati for a period of 4 weeks or more.
•d)Patient able to provide written informed consent.

•a)Medical history of unstable angina, myocardial infarction, heart failure or stroke within 3 months of the study
•b)Uncontrolled hypertension (diastolic blood pressure >100 mm Hg)
•c)Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
•d)ALT and AST > 2 x upper limit of normal ( 40mg/dl)
•e)Impaired renal function (creatinine ≥2.0 mg/dl)
•f)Pregnancy/Lactation
•g)Patients on any ayurvedic drugs during the last 15 days.
