Inclusion Criteria
patients of both genders, 18 years and above with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury posted for decompressive craniectomy will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
patients less than 18 years or more than 85 years of age with mild traumatic brain injury,Patient with isolated Extradural hematoma, Patient undergoing redo surgeries, Refuse to participate in the study will be excluded
