入选标准
- •Adult patients undergoing elective posterior spinal surgeries under general anaesthesia.
- •Patient who will give written informed consent to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •ASA physical status 3 and 4
- •Age <18 years and >65 years
- •Patient associated with arrythmia, vavular heart disease, ischemic heart disease, hemodynamically unstable patient.
- •Patient with traumatic brain injury, chest injuries, abdominal injuries.
- •Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •GCS <10 and patient who will be on mechanical ventilation.
