- •Children aged 1 to 10 years, American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II to III, of either sex.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Those with known allergy to
- •dexmedetomidine and midazolam.
- •2\.Difficult airway.
- •3\.Haemodynamically unstable children
