Inclusion Criteria

Clinical diagnosis of spastic diparesis type of Cerebral Palsy; level II or III to the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS); aged 6 years to 15 years and 11 months.

Exclusion Criteria

Uncooperative patients; unable to understand the proposed activities; undergoing orthopedic surgery less than 12 months ago; undergoing peripheral blocks less than six months ago.

Improved trunk control after 16 sessions of aquatic physical therapy protocol with emphasis to the trunk, verified by the increase in the final score of Trunk Control Mensuarement Scale (TCMS), from the observation of a variation of at least 5 % in pre measurements and post intervention.;An improvement trunk control the Trunk Control Mensuarement Scale (TCMS) in total score (p= 0.012), with an average increase of 25.52% after 16 sessions of aquatic physical therapy protocol with emphasis to the trunk.
