patients submitted to videoarthroscopy shoulder surgery
Exclusion Criteria
patients under 18 years old, previous history of allergy to any used medication in the procedure and diabetes (because of potential hyperglicemia)

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The time duration will be analyzed sensory and motor block, Visual Analogic Scale of pain, as well as the presence of nausea or vomiting in the first 48 hours after surgery.<br><br>It is expected, as shown in other studies , that dexamethasone prolongs the blocking time , improve the referred pain and reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting .
