- To compare the proportion of patient with post operative dislocation between Direct Lateral (Modified Hardinge) and Posterior (Moore) approach groups.

Femoral Neck fracture is very common in geriatric population. This study will further inhance our knowledge regarding management of this patient to decrease adverse event.

入选标准
- •Patient with more than or equel to 60 years of age.
排除标准
- •existing severe degenerative joint disease Pre.
- •existing arthritis of the fractured hip Any severe neurological / cognitive impairement Any patient with previous history of hip sepsis and hip surgery Pathological fracture neck of femur Fracture involving other extremitity / spine / pelvis or multiple organ system injury Patient / relative refused for consent.

To compare the proportion of patient with post operative dislocation between Direct Lateral (Modified Hardinge) and Posterior (Moore) approach groups.
时间窗: 6 MONTHS
次要结局
- 1.To compare the mean Modified Harris Hip score (HHS) between Direct Lateral (Modified Hardinge) & Posterior (Moore) approaches at 2 week, 1 month , 3 month & 6 month follow up.
