Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients aged from 60 to 90 years old who were diagnosed with femoral neck fracture and underwent bipolar hemiarthroplasty at Siriraj hospital since January 2022
  • 2\. Patients who were diagnosed with sarcopenia based on Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia 2019 : hand grip strength \< 28 kg and appendicular skeletal muscle mass \< 7 kg/m2 in in men by BIA, hand grip strength \< 18 kg and appendicular skeletal muscle mass \< 5\.7 kg/m2 in in women by BIA
  • 3\. Patients who can communicate in Thai
  • 4\. TMSE \>\= 20
  • 5\. Patients who were allowed to ambulate with weight bearing as tolerated post\-surgery
  • 6\. Patients had the ability to walk independently or walk with a gait aid for at least 5 meters prior to having fracture
  • 7\. Patients had a caregiver who took care when patients did exercise
  • 8\. Patients had a mobile phone, computer or electronic device that could access internet
  • 9\. Patients who had no limitation of vision or hearing that affect exercise via video and real time video\-conference

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients denied to participate in the research
  • 2\. Femoral neck fracture from pathologic fracture
  • 3\. Patients with post\-operative complications that adversely affect the ability to exercise
  • 4\. Patients had a disease that affects exercise, such as severe cardiovascular disease, severe respirator disease, dementia, musculoskeletal problem, hemiparesis that could not against gravity or psychiatric disease
  • 5\. Patients had a cardiac pacemaker
