Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women and men after Covid\-19 illness (positive SARS\-CoV\-2 PCR or proof of antibodies)
- •anamnestic existing limitations in performance, fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) (\=22 points)
- •\= 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •current participation in another intervention study
- •\- Other clinically relevant acute or chronic infections
- •\- pregnancy
- •\- surgery less than 8 weeks ago
- •\- Illnesses or functional impairments making a physical training Intervention impossible
