Inclusion Criteria

Women and men after Covid-19 illness (positive SARS-CoV-2 PCR or proof of antibodies)
anamnestic existing limitations in performance, fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) (=22 points)
= 18 years

Exclusion Criteria

current participation in another intervention study
- Other clinically relevant acute or chronic infections
- pregnancy
- surgery less than 8 weeks ago
- Illnesses or functional impairments making a physical training Intervention impossible
