- •3.Devoir subir une résection iléale ou iléo-colique permettant l’exérèse de toutes les lésions macroscopiques.
- •4.Avoir un taux d’ASCA supérieur à 12 unités arbitraires en pré-opératoire

- •1.Femmes enceintes ou sans contraception efficace
- •2.Résection iléale cumulée supérieure à 1 mètre.
- •3.Résection colique subtotale
- •4.Patient présentant un taux d’ASCA inférieur à 12 unités arbitraires en préopératoire
- •5.Hypersensibilité connue au fluconazole et/ou à d’autres dérivés azolés
- •6.Patient présentant une atteinte hépatique (anomalies des tests biologiques 7.hépatiques ou hépatopathie connue)
- •8.Patient présentant une insuffisance rénale
- •9.Incapacité à lire et à signer le consentement éclairé
