- •1. Patients indicated for transalveolar extraction of mandibular molars
- •2. Patients in the age group of 18-40 years.
- •3. Patients willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1. Patients allergic to Local anaesthesia , tetracycline and NSAIDS.
- •2. Patients having acute infection.
- •3. Teeth with associated periapical pathologies .
- •4. Patients with history of systemic diseases like uncontrolled
- •diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, radiotherapy and bleeding
- •5. Pregnant and lactating patients.
- •6. Patients with pre-existing gastrointestinal disorders.
