简要总结

This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a Prophylactic training program in preventing Anterior Cruciate Ligament injuries and optimizing athletic performance in elite Kabaddi players. The study will compare an intervention group receiving a structured 6 week prophylactic training program with a control group following routine training. Outcomes will include the incidence of Anterior Cruciate Ligament related risk indicators and improvements in performance metrics such as agility, strength and balance. The study intends to contribute evidence on injury prevention strategies specific to high risk contact sport Kabaddi.
