Inclusion Criteria
1.Diagnosis will be done with the help of video proctoscope
2.patient of second-degree internal haemorrhoids will be included in this study.
3.Age group between 18-60 years (irrespective of gender).
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients having Diabetes,
2. Malignancies
3. HIV positive
4. HBsAg positive
5. VDRL positive.
6.Pregnant women.
