- •Inclusion criterion: patients candidate for elective anorectal surgery set in class I \& II of Anesthesia Society of America (ASA) was selected.
- •Exclusion criteria: patients with history of cardiovascular disease, psychologic, chronic pain, lung disase and opioids or alcohol dependency.
