Name Time Method 1) Psychological detachment (measured with the four-item subscale of the Recovery Experience Questionnaire, Sonnentag & Fritz, 2007)<br>2) Satisfaction with work-life balance (measured with the four items from the Satisfaction with Work–Family Balance Scale, Valcour, 2007)<br>3) Well-being (measured with the WHO-Five Well-Being Index, Brähler et al., 2007)<br>assessed before the intervention as well as after the intervention and at a 4-week and 6-month follow-up
