Inclusion Criteria
- •Aged 18\-60 years
- •plan general anesthesia with endotracheal tube for surgery
- •understand in Thai language
Exclusion Criteria
- •refused consent
- •allergic to lidocaine
- •preexisting of liver and kidney disease
- •problem of language barrier
- •history of asthma and COPD
- •history upper respiratory tract infection in 2 week
- •history taking of ACEI
