- •Systemically healthy patient having generalized periodontitis needing periodontal flap surgery.
- •Patients willing to undergo flap surgery
- •Patients willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Patients with known systemic disorders and under medication for the same.
- •Patients allergic to melatonin and/or ibuprofen
- •Patients with a history of anti-inflammatory and/or antibiotic therapy over the last six months
- •Patients with a history of periodontal therapy over the last six months
- •Pregnant and lactating mothers
