Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Patient who have been planned for Elective surgery under General anaesthesia with Endotracheal tube as choice for intubation
- •2.ASA I and II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Mouth opening less than 3cm
- •2.Patients in need of nasal intubation
- •3. cervical spine surgery patients
- •4.Thyroid swelling
- •5.Morbid obesity(BMI >40)
- •6.Lesion in oral cavity
- •7.Laryngeal lesions
- •8.Patients with aspiration tendency(GERD)
- •9.Patients refusal
