Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient who have been planned for Elective surgery under General anaesthesia with Endotracheal tube as choice for intubation
  • •2\.ASA I and II

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Mouth opening less than 3cm
  • •2\.Patients in need of nasal intubation
  • •3\. cervical spine surgery patients
  • •4\.Thyroid swelling
  • •5\.Morbid obesity(BMI \>40\)
  • •6\.Lesion in oral cavity
  • •7\.Laryngeal lesions
  • •8\.Patients with aspiration tendency(GERD)
  • •9\.Patients refusal
