Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient who have been planned for Elective surgery under General anaesthesia with Endotracheal tube as choice for intubation
- •2\.ASA I and II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Mouth opening less than 3cm
- •2\.Patients in need of nasal intubation
- •3\. cervical spine surgery patients
- •4\.Thyroid swelling
- •5\.Morbid obesity(BMI \>40\)
- •6\.Lesion in oral cavity
- •7\.Laryngeal lesions
- •8\.Patients with aspiration tendency(GERD)
- •9\.Patients refusal
