入选标准
- •1. Healthy mothers with term, uncomplicated, singleton pregnancy undergoing elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
- •2. Patients who develop hypotension after spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1. History suggestive of maternal complications e.g- pre-eclampsia, cardiovascular disease or cerebrovascular disease
- •2. Patients with absolute or relative contra-indications for spinal anaesthesia e.g. infection in lumbar area, coagulation abnormalities, history of autonomic neuropathy, spinal deformities, other neurological diseases, hypovolemia due to any cause
- •3. Patients on monoamine oxidase inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants
- •4. History suggestive of mesenteric or peripheral vascular thrombosis
