入选标准
- •1. Age between 45 and 60 years old
- •2. Being diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus for at least 12 months
- •3. Hemoglobin A1c more than 8.5%
- •4. Being treated with oral diabetic drugs only
- •5. Sedentary and will not participate in any regular exercise program for at least 6 months.
- •6. Live in Khon Kaen Province, Thailand
- •7. Vessel state waveform less than level 5
排除标准
- •1. Cardiovascular disease and hypertension
- •2. Vessel state wave form more than level 5
- •3. Abnormal resting EKG
- •4. Blood pressure more than 140/90 mmHg.
- •5. Orthopedic problems or bone fracture
- •6. Neuromuscular disorder
- •7. Liver and kidney disease
- •8. Chronic infections
- •9. Autonomic neuropathy
- •10.VO2,peak less than 10 ml/kg/min
