Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients from primary care or the general community
2. Male and female
3. Aged between 18 years and 60 years of age
4. Score between 5-9 on the PHQ 9

Exclusion Criteria

1. Depression (score higher than 9 on PHQ-9, or formal diagnosis of depression)
2. Psychosis
3. Drug or alcohol use as primary diagnosis
4. Suicidal ideations
5. Non-English language speakers
