Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients from primary care or the general community
- •2\. Male and female
- •3\. Aged between 18 years and 60 years of age
- •4\. Score between 5\-9 on the PHQ 9
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Depression (score higher than 9 on PHQ\-9, or formal diagnosis of depression)
- •2\. Psychosis
- •3\. Drug or alcohol use as primary diagnosis
- •4\. Suicidal ideations
- •5\. Non\-English language speakers
