- •All the primary caregivers of patients with terminally ill advanced cancer with the following:
- •1)Patient and primary caregiver aged >18 years
- •2)No planned cancer directed therapy and prognosticated for poor cancer outcome by primary care team.
- •3)Palliative Prognostic Score (PaP) group B and C.
- •4)Fulfilling eligibility criteria for futile medical care.

- •1) Primary caregiver not giving consent.
- •2) Critically ill cancer patients with acute potentially reversible medical emergencies – as decided by the clinicians objectively and subjectively.
