Inclusion Criteria
1.Bilateral periodontal pocket depth of 4mm-5mm.
2.Both sexes were included
3.An age group of 20-50 years
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any known systemic conditions: Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid disorder, or any other conditions affecting periodontal status.
2.Periodontal therapy in past 1 year.
3.Patients with habit of smoking and tobacco chewing.
4.Pregnant and lactating mothers
5.Patients under antibiotic medication in the past three months.
