•1 Patients of either gender between 18 and 65 years of age.
•2 Habitual retention urges of urine above an hour and who have developed signs and symptoms of Mutranigrahe Vikar viz- Basti Shool (Pain in the Bladder), Mehana Shool (Pain in the Penis), Mootrakrucchra (Difficulty in Micturition), Shiroruja (Headache), Vinama (Bending of the Body), and Vankshanaanaha (Inguinal Pain).
•3 Patients have symptoms of Chronic Retention of urine.
•4 USG with post void residual.
•5 Patients fit for Asthapana, Matra and Uttar Basti.
•6 Individual willing to undergo trial and ready to sign the consent.

•1 Patient, suffering from any chronic debilitating disease like T.B., D.M., Cardiac disorder & other serious pathology.
•2 Patients unfit for Asthapana, Matra and Uttar Basti.
•3 Patient Suffering from BPH 3rd, 4th grade.
•4 Diagnosed case of CKD.
•5 Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
