Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1 Patients of either gender between 18 and 65 years of age.
  • 2 Habitual retention urges of urine above an hour and who have developed signs and symptoms of Mutranigrahe Vikar viz\- Basti Shool (Pain in the Bladder), Mehana Shool (Pain in the Penis), Mootrakrucchra (Difficulty in Micturition), Shiroruja (Headache), Vinama (Bending of the Body), and Vankshanaanaha (Inguinal Pain).
  • 3 Patients have symptoms of Chronic Retention of urine.
  • 4 USG with post void residual.
  • 5 Patients fit for Asthapana, Matra and Uttar Basti.
  • 6 Individual willing to undergo trial and ready to sign the consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1 Patient, suffering from any chronic debilitating disease like T.B., D.M., Cardiac disorder \& other serious pathology.
  • 2 Patients unfit for Asthapana, Matra and Uttar Basti.
  • 3 Patient Suffering from BPH 3rd, 4th grade.
  • 4 Diagnosed case of CKD.
  • 5 Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
