- •1.Patients who are having classical symptoms of bleeding piles(1st degree internal haemorrhoids)
- •i.e constipation
- •2.Bleeding per anus
- •3.Itching in the perianal region.
- •4.Patients who are all willing to give blood samples at subsequent visit are involved in this study
排除标准
- •1.Patients of age below 18 above 60 years
- •2.Patient having 2nd ,3rd degree internal haemorrhoids
- •3.Pregnancy
- •4.Fissure in ano
- •5.External haemorrhoids
- •6.Fistula in ano
- •7.Diabetes mellitus
- •8.Hypertension
- •9.Rectal carcinoma
