Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient fulfilling criteria of American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) of Classes I/ II/ III.
- •Patients undergoing laparoscopic gynaecological surgeries.
- •Patientâ??s giving consent willingly.
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA CLASS IV \& V.
- •Patient refusal.
- •Allergy to study medications, infection at the site.
- •Anatomic abnormalities, coagulation disorders.
- •Inability to comprehend or participate in pain scoring system.
